The Orchard at Gleneagles Clubhouse is the perfect venue for your event, offering flexible catering and stunning views of the fairway and ocean. Ideal for weddings, receptions, ceremonies, fundraising events, corporate gatherings, or celebrations of life, our space provides a beautiful and memorable setting.
Catering options include buffet, plated, or stand-up reception styles with passed canapés and platters. Full bar service can be customized to your preference—hosted, partially hosted with drink tickets, or no-host cash service.
When you book a catered event with us, we provide linens, china, cutlery, glassware, serving staff, and the Special Events Permit for alcohol service.
The Great Hall
Capacity: 80-150 Guests
Size: 3980 sq. ft for Great Hall and Dance Floor
Lobby area: 1306 sq. ft.
This spacious hall boasts two fireplaces and beautiful wood beams. The Bayview Room Directly overlooking the fairway, is a versatile space that can be used as a dance floor or indoor ceremony space.
Washrooms: accessible from indoors and outdoors.

The Orchard’s bar area provides a warm, inviting space ideal for smaller gatherings and celebrations. Overlooking the greens and ocean in the distance, this versatile venue offers an intimate setting that can easily transform for lively events — with room for a DJ, dancing, and mingling.
